John Hill Estate Vineyard Restaurant is located near the spectacular Hunua Ranges and Waterfall, only 45 mins south-east of Auckland Central. Offering a relaxed friendly vibe within a gorgeous setting, the menu is delicious and the Estate grown wine selection stunning. Enjoy a wine flight over a long lunch or dinner on the terrace overlooking the immaculate vineyard and gardens. Also offering local art, archery (in summer) , petanque, fully licensed bar, cozy heated dining spaces in winter and happy staff who can't wait to see you.

The menu changes seasonally to reflect locally grown produce and concepts from internationally experienced and trained Head Chef Selwyn Egan. JH Estate is owned and operated by the Davis Family and the restaurant has been going strong since Geoff and daughter Kelly first opened the doors in 2013. They are known for hosting their long family style lunches and bring their love of food and wine to Hunua for all to experience.

The concept behind the menu is shared - or not - you choose - there are options for both. You won't be rushed out the door either - it's ambient and comfortable with lovely views where many a table has first discovered the fantastic concept of a long lunch.
